U11 Boys and Girls Placement Sessions

Attention U11 Boys and Girls parents!

Our U11 placement sessions will take place on:

Wednesday, May 20 & May 27

U11 Girls: 6:00-7:00 PM

U11 Boys: 7:00-8:00 PM

Location: Chester District Elementary School

Note that there are two placement nights for players.

Please make every effort to attend both placement nights.

The goal of placements is to help us create balanced and fair teams. We want to avoid having one team become too top-heavy compared to the others, so all coaches will work together throughout the sessions to evaluate players evenly.

How Placements Will Work

We are asking coaches to set up 4 different drill stations during placements. Coaches will rotate through the stations, observe players, and keep notes on player skill levels, effort, athleticism, and overall game awareness.

At the end of placements, coaches will come together to discuss player evaluations and help split teams as evenly as possible.

After placements are complete and teams are selected, parents will be contacted with more information.
